ITDesk Solutions is an AI integration and automation practice. We work with businesses that already have software — a Laravel platform, a PHP system, a custom CRM — and want to add AI capabilities without a wholesale replacement. Most of our work is building the connective layer between a client's existing system and an AI provider, and getting that integration into production in a form that's reliable enough to trust.
We're a small team with a narrow focus: AI integration and automation for software businesses, with a particular depth in PHP/Laravel environments. That focus means we're not the right partner for building AI from scratch or training foundation models — but for the practical work of making AI useful inside existing software, it's all we do.
