We're a small team, so we hire infrequently — but when we do, we're looking for experienced PHP/Laravel developers who are genuinely interested in how AI fits into production software, not just in AI as a concept.
The work is primarily integration engineering: connecting AI providers to existing software stacks, designing the data layer around AI-generated fields, building the error handling and logging infrastructure, and working through accuracy and cost problems on live systems. It requires both software engineering discipline and enough familiarity with AI APIs to diagnose problems at the integration layer.
