ITDesk Solutions was built around a specific observation: most businesses that want to use AI already have software that works — a CRM, an e-commerce platform, an internal tool built years ago. What they need isn't a replacement for that software; it's AI woven into it. That's the problem we exist to solve.
We specialise in PHP/Laravel environments because that's where the majority of business software is built and maintained — custom platforms, B2B marketplaces, membership systems, operational tools. The AI integration patterns we've developed work consistently across these environments, which means a new engagement starts from a position of solved problems, not first principles.
The practice is deliberately narrow. We don't build AI products, train models, or work in machine learning research. We integrate production-grade AI into software that businesses already run and depend on.
